Lucky You: Step Inside the Clove Apartments
Located right here in Omaha, Nebraska, Clove Apartments brings a fresh, new energy. Designed by Melissa Williams with True Blue Interiors, Matte Lowe and Holland Basham Architects for J Development, with vibrant branding by our very own, Brandon Beed, the five-story building offers residents a curated, elevated living experience.

This multi-family property features a ton of furniture from our go-to vendors, but we wanted to highlight a few pieces that we’re especially excited about...
Setting the tone from the moment you enter Clove, you're greeted with a Suzuki Mini Grand Piano. A first for one of our projects! The piano anchors the lobby with a touch of classic sophistication, creating a 'wow' first impression for residents and guests.

We also love the conversation pit that sits in the middle of the lobby, greeting you as you enter. For this area, we sourced a few Sunpan Marlow Bistro Tables with marble tops and antique brass bases.
As you head up to the second floor, you'll spot our Gus Modern Kelso Chairs. Sleek, sculptural, and effortlessly cool, the Kelso Chair adds a modern edge to the second-floor lounge area. Upholstered in Lariat Savannah, this piece offers the perfect balance of warm tones and contemporary form.

A few floors up, you'll enter the Sky Lounge.

The Sky Lounge on the 5th floor not only has breathtaking views of the pool and city, but is the ideal spot to entertain. The counter is lined with four Four Hands Astrud Counter Stools in Bouncie Olive and a Augustine Sofa in Surrey Auburn stretching throughout the living space.

poolside living easy. We love how the clean Snow Augustine Mineral fabric pops against the pool backdrop, offering a perfect mix of durability and effortless comfort.

Like all of our projects, every piece we selected for Clove Apartments was intentionally chosen to enhance the resident experience. Whether it’s a quiet morning by the pool or a lively evening on the rooftop, Clove’s amenities are designed to feel like an extension of home.
