Becky McCarville is a talented upholsterer based in Omaha, Nebraska. Hutch has had the pleasure of working with Becky for several of our commercial and hospitality projects.
Becky's love for upholstery began with a mid-century modern chair from her grandmother. She reupholstered the chair herself with leopard print fabric while in college. After graduating college and working as a writer for several years, Becky decided to pursue upholstery full-time and began studying under a talented, prominent upholsterer in Omaha.
Now, Becky owns her own upholstery business, working with both individual and commercial clients. Her styles include Victorian, mid-century modern and post-modern. For The James project, Becky completed several custom upholstery pieces, including lounge chairs for the lobby and lounge area, dining chairs for the lobby bar and speakeasy and office chairs for the private study rooms.
