Avalon W Squared at Princeton Junction

Avalon W Squared at Princeton Junction is a multifamily community in West Windsor, New Jersey, envisioned by Vivmark Residential and designed by ESG Architecture & Design. The amenity spaces balance a contemporary aesthetic with a warm, residential sensibility, pairing natural wood tones and soft neutrals with darker accents, woven textures, and clean-lined furnishings. Across the community, the design creates a cohesive connection between interior and exterior spaces, with comfortable lounge settings and thoughtfully scaled furniture encouraging residents to gather, work and unwind. 

Hutch Contract provided furniture procurement throughout the community's amenity spaces, sourcing furnishings for resident lounges, work and gathering areas. Each selection was carefully considered for comfort, durability, scale and its relationship to the surrounding architecture and material palette. From relaxed seating arrangements designed for everyday connection to rooftop and lounge groupings that support larger gatherings, the furnishings help define each space while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the property. Hutch Contract partnered with ESG Architecture & Design to bring the design vision to life through a thoughtfully curated furniture package tailored to the diverse ways residents experience the community.
