The Wyatt

The Wyatt was envisioned and designed by Gensler Seattle and Gensler Dallas for Wermers Company, with interiors that combine contemporary urban style and a relaxed, coastal sensibility. The design incorporates a layered color palette of soft neutrals, warm wood tones and richer accent shades, creating depth and harmony across both residential and amenity spaces. Textures are thoughtfully layered throughout, from upholstery and rugs to mixed-material surfaces, while vibrant patterns and curated artwork are thoughtfully integrated throughout the interiors, adding visual interest and connecting the spaces to the creative energy of the Makers Quarter neighborhood.

Hutch Contract partnered closely with Gensler to realize the vision, sourcing custom furnishings that enhance the design narrative and support high-use environments. From social lounges and coworking areas to resort-style amenity spaces and the rooftop deck, each element is chosen to provide comfort, durability, and a cohesive aesthetic. Tailored details, layered materials, and thoughtful furniture selection bring texture and dimension to every space, reinforcing the sophisticated yet approachable character that defines The Wyatt.
