The Spruce Apartments

The Spruce Apartments is a multifamily community envisioned and designed by RINKA for Affiliated Development, where vibrant design expression and elevated everyday living come together. The interiors embrace a bold and energetic color palette, layering saturated hues, playful accent tones and unexpected color combinations throughout shared spaces to create a lively and engaging environment. Texture plays a key role in shaping the experience, with mixed upholstery, patterned textiles and contrasting material finishes adding depth and visual rhythm across the property. The design is rooted in connection, comfort, and storytelling, with curated moments that bring personality forward while maintaining a cohesive architectural vision.

Furnishings throughout the courtyard, lobby, coworking areas, clubroom, rooftop lounge, pool deck, and model units were thoughtfully selected to support both function and a strong sense of place. Each space balances comfort, durability, and scale, with colorful and expressive furniture pieces helping define the identity of the interiors while encouraging everyday use and connection. Hutch Contract partnered closely with RINKA and Affiliated Development to bring the design vision to life, sourcing and procuring furnishings that align with the bold aesthetic direction and enhance livability throughout the community. The result is a multifamily experience that feels intentional, welcoming, and distinctly personality-driven.
