The Jewell at Marriott is a hospitality and entertainment destination envisioned and designed by Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture for Marriott, with interiors that balance refined sophistication and spirited energy. The design employs a rich, layered color palette, combining warm neutrals with deep accent tones and jewel‑inspired hues to create a sense of depth and visual intrigue throughout the spaces. Textures play an essential role, with a mix of plush upholstery, polished surfaces and tactile materials that add dimension while maintaining a welcoming and elevated atmosphere. Thoughtfully curated details, material transitions and artwork help establish a cohesive narrative that resonates across lounges, dining areas and social zones, creating environments that feel both distinctive and inviting.
Furnishings were selected to support a variety of experiences, from relaxed socializing to elevated entertainment and were tailored to balance comfort with purposeful design. Each area blends scale, comfort and durability, ensuring the spaces feel lively, functional and well‑suited to high‑use hospitality environments. Hutch Contract partnered closely with Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture to bring the vision to life, sourcing and procuring furniture and accessories that align seamlessly with the design intent, elevate guest experience and reinforce The Jewell’s dynamic character as a premier gathering place.
