Residences at Galleria

Residences at Galleria is a multifamily community envisioned and designed by Gensler Seattle for Block Multifamily Group, with interiors that bring modern sophistication and approachable comfort to everyday living. The design employs a warm, layered color palette of soft neutrals paired with deeper accent tones, creating environments that feel both grounded and refined. Textures play a meaningful role throughout the spaces, integrating plush upholstery, rich wood tones and mixed material surfaces that add depth while supporting visual harmony. Thoughtfully composed transitions and material pairings guide the narrative, resulting in a cohesive identity that feels intentional and elevated from the moment you enter through shared spaces. Subtle yet expressive details help differentiate the community’s amenity offerings while reinforcing an overall sense of calm continuity.

Furnishings throughout lounges, collaborative work areas, social gathering zones and outdoor amenity spaces were carefully selected to support a variety of resident needs, from daily routines to community connection and relaxation. Each setting balances comfort, scale and durability, creating spaces that feel welcoming and practical in high‑use environments. Hutch Contract partnered closely with Gensler Seattle to bring the design vision to life, sourcing and procuring furniture and accessories that align with the design intent, reinforce the layered textures and color story and enhance the resident experience. The result is a multifamily environment that feels thoughtfully composed, visually cohesive, and well‑suited to contemporary living at Residences at Galleria.
