A layered palette of natural materials, varied textures and comfortable furnishings creates a cohesive experience throughout the lobby and lounge areas, library, coworking spaces, private work rooms and conference room, while thoughtful furniture groupings give each space its own purpose. Outdoor furnishings extend that sense of comfort into the shared exterior spaces, creating opportunities for residents to gather, work, relax and connect. Hutch Contract partnered with Vivmark Residential to source and procure furnishings across these diverse environments, carefully balancing comfort, durability, scale and design intent to bring the overall vision to life.
