Subtle pattern moments and design details create rhythm and visual interest, supporting everyday living while reflecting Parkway 25’s contemporary aesthetic.

Furnishings throughout lounges, coworking areas, the clubroom and outdoor terraces were carefully selected to support both relaxation and social engagement, making each space functional and inviting. Seating arrangements, tables, and communal layouts balance comfort, scale, and durability, creating settings that encourage connection, productivity and leisure. Hutch Contract partnered closely with BKV Minneapolis to bring the design vision to life, sourcing and procuring furniture that complements the material palette and layered textures while enhancing usability in high-traffic areas.
