Avalon at Lexington Hills

Avalon Lexington Hills is a multifamily community in Lexington, Massachusetts, envisioned and designed by Vivmark Residential, formerly AvalonBay. The amenity spaces pair an airy, architectural backdrop with a warm, layered palette of muted mauve, soft gray, natural wood and brushed brass. Tall arched windows, high ceilings and exposed ceiling details create a sense of openness, while sculptural lounge seating, patterned textiles, and rounded forms bring softness and personality to the interiors. Black metal accents add contrast and definition, particularly in the study areas, where privacy screens create a sense of separation without sacrificing the openness of the space.

Hutch Contract partnered with Vivmark Residential on furniture procurement for the lounge, private study pods, lobby and leasing office, sourcing furnishings that support the distinct function of each environment while maintaining a cohesive design story. Curved lounge chairs and inviting sofas create comfortable places to pause and connect, while tailored seating, worktables and thoughtfully arranged desk areas support focused work and resident needs. Across the amenity spaces, each selection balances visual impact with comfort, durability, and scale, helping translate the design vision into functional, welcoming environments that serve residents throughout the day.
