The Hallon II

Hallon II is a multifamily property envisioned and designed by ESG Architecture & Design for Trilogy Real Estate Group, with interiors that build upon the identity of its sister property while establishing a distinct personality of its own. The design layers a warm, contemporary color palette with soft neutrals, natural woods and deeper accent tones to create a welcoming residential atmosphere. Texture is thoughtfully integrated throughout, combining layered upholstery, woven materials and mixed finishes to add depth and comfort. Pattern, artwork and curated material moments contribute to a cohesive story across the community, resulting in spaces that feel intentional, livable and connected.

Furnishings throughout the amenity areas, lounges and shared social spaces were selected to support both everyday function and meaningful gathering within this multifamily community. Each setting balances durability with visual interest through tailored details, varied textures, and comfortable proportions suited for high-use environments. Hutch Contract partnered closely with ESG Architecture & Design to bring the vision to life, sourcing and procuring furniture and accessories that align seamlessly with the design narrative while reinforcing continuity with Hallon I and supporting the long-term performance of the property.
