The Hallon I

The Hallon in Hopkins, Minnesota was envisioned and designed by ESG Architecture & Design, drawing inspiration from the town's history and evolving character. Clean, modern lines are layered with traditional details influenced by vintage stamps, newspapers and Hopkins' agricultural roots. A warm, neutral palette is accented with rich wood tones and subtle pops of red, an intentional nod to the city's annual Raspberry Festival, creating spaces that feel both timeless and contemporary. 

Across the amenity spaces, texture and function work hand in hand, from inviting lounge seating and flexible work-from-home areas to the resident clubroom with a hidden speakeasy inspired by a local hockey warming house. Hutch Contract partnered with ESG to bring the design vision to life, thoughtfully procuring furnishings that support durability, comfort and a cohesive resident experience throughout the property.
