The interiors balance a fresh, modern color palette with warm neutrals, layered wood tones and rich accent colors that energize the space without overwhelming it. Clean lines and contemporary forms are softened through tactile materials and thoughtful detailing, creating environments that feel both polished and welcoming for everyday student life.

A variety of social, study, and lounge spaces are designed to support connection, focus, and downtime. Layered upholstery, mixed materials, and durable finishes add visual interest while standing up to high-use living. Each space feels intentional yet relaxed, reinforcing ESG’s cohesive design vision throughout the project. Hutch Contract partnered with ESG to bring that vision to life, procuring furnishings that align seamlessly with the design intent while supporting function, longevity, and comfort across the community.
