Caraway West End in St. Louis Park, Minnesota was envisioned and designed by ESG Architecture & Design for Greystar Development, with interiors that balance refined urban living and approachable warmth. The design centers on a sophisticated, neutral-forward color palette layered with warm woods, soft textiles and deep accent tones that add contrast without overpowering the space. Throughout the amenity areas, clean lines are softened by organic textures and curated materials, creating a modern yet comfortable environment that feels elevated and livable.

Thoughtfully designed gathering spaces, from inviting lounges and flexible work areas to hospitality-inspired social zones, are layered with texture, tonal variation, and intentional furnishings. Upholstery, mixed materials, and tailored details bring depth and durability to high-use spaces while reinforcing ESG’s cohesive design narrative. Hutch Contract partnered closely with ESG to bring the vision to life, procuring furnishings that align seamlessly with the design intent and support the everyday functionality of the community.
