Bos Apartments is a multifamily community envisioned and designed by Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture for Block Multifamily Group, with interiors that merge contemporary urban style with approachable warmth. The design embraces a vibrant and energetic color palette, layering rich jewel tones, warm woods and soft neutrals to create visual depth and personality throughout each space. Design details like geometric wall treatments, patterned area rugs and sculptural lighting anchor the interiors while guiding the flow from lounge areas to communal gathering spaces. Every element works together to create a cohesive story that celebrates both community and individual experience.

Hutch Contract partnered closely with Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture to bring the vision to life, furnishing lounges, collaborative work areas, the rooftop terrace and shared amenity spaces with pieces that are as durable as they are visually striking. Vibrant seating and accent furniture complement the design’s bold patterns and textures, while flexible layouts support social engagement, relaxation and everyday use. The result is a multifamily community that feels dynamic, thoughtfully curated and distinctly expressive, offering residents an elevated living experience that reflects the energy and character of Bos Apartments.
