Bellamy Minnetonka

Bellamy Minnetonka is a multifamily community envisioned and designed by ESG Architecture & Design for Greystar, with interiors that balance contemporary sophistication and everyday comfort. A refined palette of warm neutrals, soft earth tones and rich wood finishes creates a welcoming foundation, while layered textures and thoughtfully selected materials bring depth and warmth throughout the amenity spaces. Upholstered seating, natural-inspired finishes and subtle pattern moments add visual interest without overwhelming the design, allowing each space to feel both elevated and approachable. The overall design story focuses on creating inviting environments that encourage residents to gather, unwind and feel at home, with each space flowing seamlessly into the next through a cohesive material palette and intentional detailing.

Furnishings throughout the lobby, resident lounges, coworking spaces and outdoor gathering areas were thoughtfully selected to reinforce the designer' vision while supporting the demands of everyday multifamily living. Each furniture grouping was carefully considered for comfort, durability and scale, creating spaces that feel equally suited for productivity and social connection. Hutch Contract partnered closely with ESG Architecture & Design to bring the design vision to life, sourcing and procuring furnishings that align with the architectural intent while enhancing the functionality and longevity of each shared environment. The result is a thoughtfully furnished community where timeless design, practical performance, and welcoming hospitality come together to create an elevated residential experience.
